Upcoming Workshops

Throughout the year, I conduct workshops in collaboration with colleagues. Detailed information, including registration instructions, will be provided in the sections below. I look forward to seeing you there!

Upcoming February Workshop

Workshop held by:

Dianna Chillo, LCSW-R and Kristyn Lobianco, LCSW

What to Expect:

In this hands-on workshop, you will create two masks—one representing your eating disorder self and the other symbolizing your healthy self.

This creative process will help you:

  • Externalize and better understand the internal struggle.

  • Explore the emotions, thoughts, and beliefs associated with each “self.”

  • Connect with your healthy self and its potential for growth and healing.

  • Gain insight into how these parts of you coexist and how to nurture the healthy self.

Who Should Attend

This group is open to individuals seeking support and insight in their recovery from an eating disorder.

Whether you are in the early stages of healing or further along in your journey, this workshop offers a safe, supportive space for self-expression and discovery.

No prior art experience is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Reinvention: Navigating Life's Transitions With Purpose and Presence

Details:

An 8-week support group for women ages 40+ that will meet Mondays from 7-8:30 pm starting February 24th

Life transitions can profoundly impact our sense of identity, purpose, and direction. Whether it’s a career change, becoming an empty nester, navigating divorce or retirement, grappling with menopause, or caring for an aging parent, these transitions offer a mix of challenges that prompt deeper questions about who we are and who we want to become.

This group provides a supportive and empowering space to explore these questions and navigate the complexities of change. Through guided discussions, interactive activities, and peer connection, participants will:

● Explore the impact of transitions on identity: Understand how life changes reshape our roles, values, and self-perception, and identify ways to align with a more authentic sense of self.

● Foster resilience and self-compassion: Develop strategies to manage the emotional and practical aspects of transition while treating yourself with kindness and care.

● Embrace new possibilities: Reframe challenges as opportunities for growth, creativity, and reinvention.

● Build a supportive community: Connect with other women navigating similar experiences, sharing wisdom and encouragement along the journey.

Together, we will create an environment that honors the unique experiences of women in this stage of life, emphasizing purpose, presence, and the strength found in shared stories. Participants will leave with a clearer sense of their goals, practical tools for navigating change, and renewed confidence in their ability to embrace the future.
