Dianna Chillo, LCSW-R
Psychotherapist
“Mental Strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again.”
Treatment Services
Life is not without struggle and can change in a moment’s notice, and we all need room to experience all the feelings life brings us. Dianna believes that the foundation of a positive, effective therapeutic experience is in the therapeutic relationship. Upon meeting, she often recommends that clients commit to at least three sessions, to fully assess their needs and goals for treatment, but also for the client to assess if Dianna is the right fit for them.

Dianna provides individual psychotherapy for teens and adults, as well as family therapy with existing clients to facilitate treatment.

Insurance Disclaimer
When I started my practice, I chose to credential with most insurance companies because access to care is one of my top priorities. While many colleagues have opted out of accepting insurance, I’ve remained in-network with most providers to ensure that therapy remains accessible and consistent for my clients.
That said, working with insurance can present unique challenges, such as the need to manage a larger caseload and the additional responsibilities that come with it. To streamline this process, I employ a billing professional who assists with insurance verification, claim submissions, and troubleshooting within her capacity.
No- show appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, I bill at an average reimbursement rate, which is an out of pocket fee, as insurance does not cover these instances.
As part of your treatment, I also prioritize collaboration with other providers when indicated to ensure comprehensive care. This service is included and not billed separately.
I understand that navigating insurance and changes to your insurance can be frustrating and time-consuming, and in some cases, this process might delay the scheduling of appointments. We sincerely hope to avoid any disruptions, but I appreciate your patience should any issues arise.
Please know that I greatly appreciate your understanding if insurance-related issues ever affect your therapy schedule. I remain committed to ensuring our work together is as seamless as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. I look forward to our work together.
